REFUND POLICY

All Sales are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges.

All apparels are final sale. No exception.

Stay Fresh is not responsible for any manufacturing deficiencies which may include: excess glue, stitching issues, leather creases. 

Stay Fresh is not responsible for any damages caused by wear.

Shoes above 5 years in age are considered collectors item. Wear at your own risk. (Risks include: cracking, sole separation, degradation etc)

Customers are responsible for ordering the correct size that will provide the fit that is desired.

Once an order has been received, we make no guarantees on any order change requests.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Stay Fresh offers Shipping Protection, an optional paid service that protects our customers against lost or damaged packages during transit. If an insured package does not reach its destination, or if it is damaged when it’s delivered, then the customer is reimbursed (replacement or store credit) after investigation. Review the policies to understand what is covered by Shipping Protection.

HOW DOES SHIPPING PROTECTION WORK?

To get reimbursed when a package is reported lost or damaged, please reach out to info@stayfresh.ca. You will need to submit the order number, specify which items, and any documentation that may help with your case.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of marked delivery (with exceptions) or within 30 days of ship date. Please refer to our Order Issue Timeframe Policy.

The shipping courier may require up to 21 business days to investigate a lost package.  

Note: When reimbursing an item, shipping costs, taxes and Shipping Protection premium are not included.

IF SHIPPING PROTECTION IS DECLINED

Stay Fresh is NOT liable for any lost or damaged items on any orders in which Shipping Protection was declined.

If you won't be home when a package is delivered, consider having your order shipped to your office, or contact us when you place the order and request for post office pick up.

RETURN TO SENDER 

Orders not picked up from the post office in a timely manner may result in the loss of your order or your package being returned to sender.

Customers are responsible for providing the full and correct address. Incomplete and incorrect addresses will result in the package being returned to sender. 

In the case an order has been returned to sender, a return to sender fee will apply. Customer will be responsible for all additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped. If the customer refuses to pay additional shipping fees to have their order reshipped, the order will be disposed of on behalf of the customer.

Orders require 2-3 business days to process prior to shipping.

Preorder and special order items require up to 6 weeks to process prior to shipping.

Any delays caused by the customs and/or shipping courier are out of our control.

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for payment of duties and taxes.
