No Refunds or Exchanges.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Stay Fresh will NOT be liable for any lost or stolen parcels once the tracking information is marked as "Delivered". 

All compensation will be made by the responsible courier company and solely dependent on their decision on this matter. Once they have reached a decision, they will issue the compensation through us and we send that amount directly to you.

Any and all forms of communication will be through email, and we will attach all documentation as transparency on this matter.

If you won't be home when a package is delivered, consider having your order shipped to your office, or contact us when you place the order and request for post office for pick up.

COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT

Please allow up to 10 business days to process your order, and to receive your tracking information.

There are currently delays in place for all couriers and shipping methods which means all shipping times are estimates only at this time. Once a package has left our warehouse, all tracking information will be provided by the delivery company only.
